That summer camp on a military base...

Well... Not military, but I think I may be part of someone else's story. I had some "summer camp" in a military base, which was offering activities for kids during summer vacation everyday from 8 am to 5 pm. Usually we had a break at 10 am to go for a snack (the cafeteria was scheduled be empty at this time) and at 12 to eat our boxed lunches, all these without supervision for us "older" kids (8-10 years old). One day, the cafeteria was closed down, so the lady looking after us told us to go left and to the end of the hall to the "other cafeteria". Turns out this one was the "commanders and higher" cafeteria, and was being fully used at the moment. Now imagine 9 random kids showing up to the higher up's cafeteria, looking completely lost, looking to buy some of the simplest snacks from the luxury menus they offered. The guys were totally cool, btw, and helped us get our food and back to the kid's area on time after we explained what was going on.
