We have a bunch of extra candy and snacks, where can I send it that it would go to soldiers?

Would it be best to send it to a random soldier or should I send it somewhere specific? If so where can I send it to that it would actually be put to good use?

He's sent me his uniform with a bunch of stars on the inner badge and whatever, at least 6,...
