National Guard why do your facilities always look like trash?

There are several California National Guard facilities near me, and they always look bad. Waist high weeds, untrimmed trees, peeling paint and faded unit signs, etc. These are active facilities and some have full-time staff on site, but they always look neglected and abandoned. [link] [comments] |
