I grew up and entered the military in North Carolina. My wife and I married while I was stationed in California. My folks have sold their house and moved to Washington. We just moved to Maryland. Trying to get my wife a drivers license in NC so she doesn’t have to keep getting a new one, but I don’t have an address for her to give to the DMV.

Can we still get her a license if I don’t have an address for the DMV?
