Hey guys, as of recently in my life I’ve realized active duty may be a better fit me. My family is struggling financially, and my whole goal with the National Guard was to get my degree while serving in the National Guard. The last thing I want is for my brother to switch out of a private school to go to a public school for financial reasons. I am currently in RSP, and am willing to honor and serve my contract under the National Guard but was wondering if there was a way to go about this and go active duty for the Army. I want to put on for my family, and make some money right away going active to support the financial needs and pursue my degree after, rather than making some money here and there on drill weekend, while going to college.
