Looking into transitioning out of the Army (US) and possibly into Federal Service. Do any of you have any experience you're willing to share regarding your quality of life and work from US Armed Forces to US Federal Services? Mostly, are you as busy as you were when you were enlisted/commissioned? Is federal work as stressful? Are you constantly competing for great evaluations and promotion?
