Has any body left active duty only for their spouse to go active duty into a different branch? If so, what was that like?

I'm a Marine who got out this last year. My wife just recently enlisted into the Air Force. Unlike your average new dependa I feel like I have a pretty well rounded idea of military spouse life having been apart of it even if it was on the other side, as i was the enlisted one and she was the military spouse.

Has anybody experienced the shift from USMC to USAF culture from that kind of view? I'm not really sure what to expect here to be honest and its bugging me out.
