So, a civilian buddy of mine passed away back in 2021. He is massive part of my “why” as far as joining the military and doing what I do on a daily basis. I was really wanting to get something to keep on my person as a physical reminder of my “why” during training and day to day life. The first thing that came to my mind was a memorial bracelet. With him not being military, would this be something that might be frowned upon? (Obviously it would not be one of the KIA bracelets, but some other version of the memorial bracelet)
