I recently started dating someone in the navy who wants to be in for the full 20 years. We are currently long distance & only have been together for 2 weeks. I'm seeing him this week, but the 2 weeks apart has me second guessing if I want to go through with this type of relationship. My main concerns are:

1. The distance. 70% of military marriages involve infidelity
2. If we start a family, I don't think I'd want my kids to have to go through him being gone

If you could go back, knowing what you know now, would you have stayed in your military relationship?
