I’m trying to one day do military service and I need to learn how to deal with sensory overload without blocking my senses. Any ideas on how I can deal with sensory overload without any extra accommodations?

I’m 18 almost 19 and I have had quite the presence online since I was young and a dipshit.
Now that I’m older I have my goal on military service.
I’m autistic with adhd and for my entire life I’ve dealt with sensory overload and how I usually cope with it is using headphones or other methods of removing myself from the sensory environment.
Now that I have more military oriented goals I need to know how to deal with sensory overload without any headphones, sensory breaks, or other accommodations that would be perfectly reasonable outside a military environment.
I need to deal with sensory overload 100% internally and maintain awareness in that moment and remain able to communicate effectively while following the rules of engagement.
Do any of you have advice for dealing with sensory overload in a manner close to what I need or training myself to do so?
Edit: I am aware that I WILL need a waiver for service due to these conditions.
