22m. I just dont't understand wtf is wrong with me. I am incredibly awkward with people,especially girls. I get anxiety even being around them. Talking is even worse. And my social skills seem to be declining as it's getting worse and worse. I got so nervous on my last tinder "date" that i simply left after 5 minutes.

Whats weird is that while on a job, im very good at what i'm doing. I can give a field order to an entire company if required without breaking a sweat, have fast and good decision making. Ive also received tons of specialist training,including communication with people.

Anyone here with the same problem? How do you fix it? This is making me very depressed as ive passed an opportinity with so many women. And i am not ugly,but get blocked 80% of the time after going out with tinder girls. ive went out with at least 10 girls in the last 4 months. I was just as anxious even when i knew they 100% like me.
