Has anyone used the VA HLC HAP Short Sale program?

Bought a house in April, got orders to PCS in May, and PCSing in October so I'm kind of worried about getting in the negative from selling this house. I'm in the process of talking to a realtor to help sell it, but according to her I have to sell it for $15,000 more to walk away and break even. I know that's because of closing costs, paying both realtors, etc. but we're getting worried. Has anyone had a similar situation and used the grant or whatever? I'm calling them on Monday to get more information but just stressing a bit.
