Has anyone been enlisted and then commissioned another branch?

Sorry if this isn’t the best sub to ask this question but I’ll give it a shot regardless.
I have been in the Army for 12 years as a 68w medic with 2 deployments and getting ready to do another for all of next year. I have enjoyed my time in the Army and I hate to say it. but I’m 30 and I’m bored of the non traditional Guard Army cycle. Loved being a medic but I’ve done all I’ve wanted with that part of my life.
I have a college degree and in general business and a certification in Data analytics. As I get closer to 20 years and retirement, I’m thinking the smart thing to do is commission. I just don’t think the Army is anywhere near my first choice especially if I’m considering going active duty.
I always regretted not listening to my family and following them into the Air Force or Navy but I never had a desire to fly like they and I get seasick. Looking back now I really think I would of enjoyed either environment better, but I know the grass is always greener.
Anyways, to my question: how would I go about going into a different branch to commission? Is the easiest way to just get out and then apply to come in as an officer? I have heard air and navy have pretty strict degree requirements. Space force will only take those who are already active but maybe if I get out and comeback in that’s a loophole?
My only other option is to do something in the Army but the stories I hear about active duty Army life honestly kind of scare me and my wife.
