Both US presidential parties plans for military & educational pay in 2021 and beyond

I’ve looked for information on this question and can’t find any leads like I could in 2016.

What is Trump and Biden’s plans for military pay in 2021 and beyond?

Service members and teachers saw an increase in pay throughout trumps time in office. Have things changed at all for future plans?

How do both politicians stack up against one another when comparing these payment and retirement plans?

I am will be an active duty Marine in 2021 and my Wife is a teacher so these decisions affect us first hand.
