Aren't 20 mm autocannons 20mm machine guns? Aren't 20mm rifles semi-automatic or bolt-action cannons?

Are there semi-automatic versions of 20mm autocannons(meaning semi-automatic only, not select fire or full automatic)? If yes, does the military use them? How would they be different from 20mm semi-auto rifles?
