So me and my ex retired from the army. We have 3 kids and one on the way. We live together as of right now. We decided to buy an apartment 3 years ago, but due to my credit, we decided to only put her under the mortgage. So that we can pay less and have a better rate. She also has 100% VA benefits. For the past 2 1/2 years i have been paying for the bills and taking care of our children. We are not married. For the past 6 months i have not been working because she would complain about our children... She is very lazy and thinks she does everything, she identifies as a feminist, she's upset at me because the kids listen to me and not her. She would complain about how she has to wash dishes and shower the kids. As for everything else i am the one doing it, cooking, washing clothes, cleaning the house, trash, cleaning the car, cleaning up after kids mess (which is because she dose not supervise them when she gives them snacks. When we leave the house to go out i am the one getting them ready. She now wants to separate and have 100% custody. Come to find out 3 months ago, she has not been paying for the mortgage loan for the past 8 month..... Which is when problems between us has started..... I am here to find out how i can report her ass to the VA department for because she took it to far last week, when she put down a veteran (my sisters husbands father) about how he only has 50% benefits, even tho he was deployed to Iran. As for her she was just been stationed in hawaii and korea. She's been in the military for almost 5 years. She would lie about her back pain and having depression, which is BS because she would go on extreme hikes with me and she would verbally tell me she was lying about what she was saying. Because i loved her i didnt say anything. Until she laughed about my sisters father inlaw. She would talk down to other vets and military people, but because i didnt know them. I wouldnt get into a big argument about it, i would just tell her that she shouldnt say those things. Anyways because i am jobless at the moment and the house is under her and we are not married. I am in a dangerous situation where she can take my kids. By the way she is still married to another person, but they are legally separated. So is there anyone that can help me in turning her ass in to the VA?
