Ukraine introduces innovative weapons and military equipment at the Eurosatory

UKROBORONPROM introduced today an innovative weapons and military equipment at the EUROSATORY 2016.
The State Concern “UKROBORONPROM” represents innovative developments of Ukrainian military-industrial complex at Defence and Security International Exhibition “EUROSATORY-2016”. UKROBORONPROM delegation is headed by Director General Roman Romanov.
“Ukrainian defense industry changed significantly for 2 years: since the last exhibition, we have chosen international standards trajectory and hugely increased production capacities of our enterprises. The Ukrainian army started receiving modern weapon samples, “- said the head of the SC “UkrOboronProm” Roman Romanov.
According to him, new weapons of “UkrOboronProm” production are already helping Ukrainian military in actual fighting in the East of the country and our international partners are also interested in getting it: armored vehicles, anti-tank missile systems, radar equipment etc.
UkrOboronProm enterprises provide significant modernization of existing military equipment, produce and develop new samples. For 2 years the State Concern has tested new armored vehicles “Dozor-B”, adapted BTR-4 in accordance with NATO standards, developed and delivered to the armed forces UAVs of domestic production.
UKROBORONPROM aims for active dialogue with representatives of other countries, experience and technology exchange, import substitution program speed up, new partners search and assuring workload for UKROBORONPROM enterprises that are not engaged in production for the ATO needs in Eastern Ukraine.
UKROBORONPROM will represent dummy version of air missiles, new models of armored vehicles and legendary main battle tank “OPLOT”, automatic guns and mortars.
This time, the following UKROBORONPROM enterprises will be represented in Paris: SC “Ukrspetsexport,” STIF “Ukrinmash,” State Enterprise “Kharkiv Morozov Machine-Building Design Bureau,” SE “Kyiv Armored Plant,” SE “Lviv Armored Plant,” SE “Zhytomyr Armored Plant,” SE “Scientific-Technical Complex“Precision Engineering Plant,” SE “Design Bureau “Artillery Armament,” Public Joint Stock Company “Plant “Mayak,” State Enterprise “State Kyiv Design Bureau “Luch,”State Enterprise “Izyum Instrument-Making Plant,” PJSC “Research and Production Association “Kyiv Automatics Plant Named After G.Petrovsky.”
Eurosatory -2016 is the largest international exhibition, dedicated to security and defense and related advanced technologies. Eurosatory is held every 2 years, under the patronage of the French Ministry of Defence since 1967.
