Ukrainian-British company Stiletto Systems Limited presented a number of improved small arms system at the Arms and Security 2017 defence exhibition in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Stiletto Systems Ltd. is introduced its latest improved series of tactical rifles, which comprise the KSO-2008 sniper rifle and the KO-016 assault rifle. According to Oleksandr Kalachev, one of the founders and chief designer of European company Stiletto Systems Limited, this range of tactical rifles takes the precision and accuracy of its products to a new level.

The KO-016 is a modernized version of the Kalashnikov AK47 assault rifle and is a hand-held, mobile, universal weapon with a target range (ground and air) up to 800 meters. The KO-016 design uses the latest technology from Stiletto Systems concerning the barrel, receiver and shutter.

• Sighting range (depends on the sight) – 800 m
• Rate of fire – Up to 100 rounds per minute.
• The range of a direct shot at the chest figure of 0.5 (m) – 350 m
• The accuracy of the battle of the carbine R 100 at a distance of 100 meters, no more than 2.5 cm.

The KSO-2008 rifle is a modernized version of the Soviet SVD rifle and is a hand-held, mobile, versatile weapon with a target range (ground and air) up to 1000 meters.

The rifle design uses the latest technology of the company Stiletto Systems concerning the barrel, receiver, shutter, lodge and butt. Submission of ammunition during firing is performed in self-loading mode from a box magazine with a capacity of 5 or 10 cartridges.

• Sighting range (depends on the sight) – 1000 m
• Rate of fire – Up to 40 rounds per minute.
• The range of a direct shot at the chest figure of 0.5 (m) – 440 m
• The accuracy of the battle of the carbine R 100 at a distance of 200 meters, no more than 2.1 cm.
