ISIS shows the use of MANPADS in targeting airplanes in Fallujah

ISIS fighter seen using Man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS or MPADS) are shoulder-launched surface-to-air missiles (SAMs) amid Iraq & Coalition offensive on Fallujah in Iraq.
Iraqi forces backed by airstrikes from the U.S.-led coalition pounded Fallujah from the ground and air on Monday, marking the start of a bid to retake one of Islamic State’s last major urban strongholds in the country.
Now the third battle of Fallujah has begun pitting Iraqi Government Forces against Islamic State who are dug in and hardened in Fallujah.
