The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have commenced ground operations for the second phase of Operation Roundup in order to defeat Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) remnants in north-eastern Syria, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials have said.
