The US Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) has notified Congress of two potential foreign military sales (FMS) of the M1151A1 high mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicles (HMMWVs), and aerostats and rapid aerostat initial deployment (RAID) tower systems to Iraq.
