Senior Air Force leaders and the Air Force Academy Band took center stage across several schools in Rapid City Jan. 26 and 27 to highlight Air Force diversity through the Recruiting Service’s General Officer Inspire program.

Air Force Recruiting Service updated their Aim High application to allow any app user to assist in the Air Force’s recruiting efforts.

The development and leadership programs offered through CD are mapped to the Department of the Air Force’s institutional competencies, which are key to ensuring all Airmen and Guardians can operate successfully in a constantly changing environment. These competencies span all occupations, functions, and organizational levels and support the development of today’s and tomorrow’s DAF leaders.

The change is designed to align the broad spectrum of CAA responsibilities with deliberate development of the enlisted force, as recently outlined in the Enlisted Force Development Action Plan.

The 705th Training Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Florida, recently hosted visitors from Air University to review the former Multi-domain Warfare Officer, or 13O, training program to determine the best place to integrate operational planning instruction throughout various levels of the U.S. Air Force’s Professional Military Education system.
