I am a recently commissioned FA Officer heading to BOLC in a week. I was approved for off post housing because I am married, but my wife told me she won’t be coming with me. At least immediately.

I’m not going to get into the details, but I can’t find the help to know what to expect in lovely Lawton.

If she doesn’t come with me, what does this mean for my PCS Order? Will I still be off post if she isn’t physically with me to receive BAH? Should I bother bringing my possessions?

I understand she is financially independent and will house herself. No kids or complications.
