Before I begin, I understand very well that this will likely end with me not getting what I'm owed.

I ETS'd in 2016. When I was within my final 90 days of my enlistment, I was made to go to JRTC. After returning from the training event, with working to help unpack and return all of the equipment and whatnot, I was left with very little time to clear out. I ended up having to sign an Oath of Extension of Enlistment, pushing my ETS date from August 2016 to October 2016. Somehow, my pay was never adjusted to continue to October, and so I went those two additional months without ever receiving a paycheck. This left me with leaving the Army slightly over $4k in the hole (I was an E-4 at the time). None of my leadership made any effort to help me with this issue, and the folks at finance told me I would receive my money, even showing me the balance owed on a computer. But I never got it, and no one has ever been able to give me a straight answer as to why. Is there anything I can do?
