So how effective are these rounds at taking large quantities of Enemy infantry at the open spaces?

I ship tomorrow for Navy boot camp and I weigh 124 (estimation because I havent weighed myself since this morning but I was in clothing) and I am 5'8 male. will I get setback if I don't make weight even if I am a couple pounds off btw my minimum weight is 125 but my BMI is 19

I tried looking it up but I was given a lot of different answers . I have absolutely no money and no family to help me to go to college . I definitely want to go to college and then join the military to turn my life around but I’d have to take out a big loan because I have no one to stay with and no car to sleep in .
