US Naturalization through military in 2019?

Did anyone apply for naturalization based on military service in 2019? If so, how long did the process take after USCIS received your case?
I know each case is different but I would like to know other's experiences. I have a contract pending based on me acquiring US citizenship.

Any way to get my dad's military records IF they exist?

My dad was drafted in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He completed basic at Fort Carson in CO. he was expected to ship out to Guantanamo, but nothing came from it. He was then just let go, I guess, because he never mentioned anything more about serving.
Is there any way to find any of these records? All he has from those days is his old draft card. Would that short of a service make him...

Hello everyone. I am currently deployed in Europe on a training rotation. We are nearing the end of our deployment. We have a very strict off post policy. Curfew at 2300 every night.
