The Air Force continued its yearlong 75th anniversary celebration during the Kwik Trip 250 NASCAR Cup Series race at Road America near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

The AFMC change of command ceremony was more than just an opportunity to welcome Gen. Duke Z. Richardson to the organizational helm; it was also a homecoming for the new commander who has spent nearly half of his career as part of the enterprise.

The meeting focused on the DoD’s progress and projections for JADC2 in order to identify opportunities for the services to align their developmental efforts and to identify the obstacles that may frustrate moving forward to achieve the objectives of JADC2 in support of the joint force.
